ACTIVITIES WITH SENDA FORMACIÓ

The registration platform for the activities organized by SENDA FORMACIÓ (https://www.sendaformacio.com/) offers a refund period of 10 working days prior to the start of the activity.

Refund requests must be notified via email to info@sendaformacio.com Refunds will only be processed in justified cases of force majeure (accident, illness, or the death of a close family member) and always upon presentation of an official certificate.

Refund requests will be automatically denied if the participant has made use of the license authorization.

Once we receive your refund request along with the necessary information, we will respond to your email address within 48 hours, specifying whether the refund has been approved and the refund method.

If your request does not meet the requirements for a refund, we will inform you via email of the reason for the denial.
